Event Wale – Balloon Decoration Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to Event Wale! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our balloon decoration services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Offered
Event Wale specializes in balloon decorations for various events, including birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, hotel decorations, and more. We provide customized decoration solutions as per client requirements.
3. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment of at least 50% of the total cost.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon completion of the decoration.
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods.
- In case of non-payment, Event Wale reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for any refund.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Event Wale may offer a reschedule or partial refund at its discretion.
5. Changes to Booking
- Any changes to the booked decoration must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
6. Decoration Setup and Removal
- Decorations will be set up at the agreed-upon venue and time.
- Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible at the scheduled setup time.
- Decoration materials are for one-time use unless otherwise specified.
- Event Wale is not responsible for any damage to decorations once the setup is completed.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that children or guests do not tamper with the decorations during the event.
- Any damage to decoration materials due to mishandling by guests may result in additional charges.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Event Wale is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries caused by balloon materials.
- We are not liable for any third-party damages or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs and decoration concepts created by Event Wale remain our intellectual property.
- Clients may use photographs of the decorations for personal use but cannot claim ownership over our designs.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable discussions, failing which they shall be subject to legal proceedings in appropriate courts.
11. Amendments to Terms
