2. Our Role
Eventwale.in helps users find and contact vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not directly provide the event services advertised by independent vendors.
A listing on our website does not automatically mean that Eventwale.in has verified, endorsed or guaranteed the vendor, its credentials, work quality or claims.
Users should independently check vendor details, prices, availability, reviews, agreements and other relevant information before booking.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering or submitting information to our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that contain false information, engage in fraudulent activity or violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Vendor Listings and Information
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate, lawful and up to date, including business details, contact information, photographs, prices, service descriptions and claims.
Vendors must not submit fake listings, impersonate another business, infringe intellectual property rights, publish misleading claims or promote unlawful products or services.
Eventwale.in may review, approve, reject, edit for formatting, suspend or remove listings that violate our policies or applicable law.
Submitting a listing does not guarantee its approval, ranking, visibility, enquiries or bookings.
5. Subscriptions, Paid Listings and Payments
Certain listing, subscription, promotional or advertising features may require payment.
The applicable fee, plan duration, included features and renewal terms will be communicated before purchase, where applicable. Vendors should review these details before paying.
A paid plan does not guarantee a particular number of views, enquiries, customers, bookings, sales or revenue.
Payment methods and payment instructions will be displayed or communicated by Eventwale.in where relevant. Users should keep their payment receipts for reference.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Fees paid directly to Eventwale.in are generally non-refundable after successful payment and activation or provision of the relevant service, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Eventwale.in.

Nothing in these Terms removes any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Sponsored Listings and Advertisements
Eventwale.in may display paid promotions, sponsored listings, advertisements or promotional content submitted by vendors or third parties. Sponsored placement means that promotional consideration may have been provided; it does not by itself mean that Eventwale.in recommends or guarantees the advertised business.
Where appropriate, promotional content will be identified as sponsored, promoted or advertised.
An advertisement or sponsored listing is not a guarantee of the advertiser’s identity, quality, reliability, prices, products or services. Users should independently verify the information before contacting, booking or paying an advertiser.
8. Purchases, Bookings and Offline Transactions
Users may contact vendors through Eventwale.in, visit their business premises, follow external links or arrange online or offline purchases and bookings directly with them.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the vendor’s product or service is between the user and the vendor, not Eventwale.in.
Eventwale.in does not ordinarily control or guarantee the vendor’s:
- Product or service quality and safety.
- Prices, availability or service delivery.
- Booking confirmations or event arrangements.
- Advance payments, refunds, cancellations or warranties.
- Conduct, performance or fulfilment of agreements.
Users should confirm all terms directly with the vendor and obtain written records or receipts before making payments.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eventwale.in is not responsible for disputes or losses arising from independent transactions between users and vendors or advertisers. This does not exclude any responsibility imposed on Eventwale.in by applicable law.
9. Complaints About Vendors or Advertisements
Users may report suspected fraud, misleading advertisements, inaccurate listings or other policy violations using our contact details.
We may review complaints and take appropriate action, including requesting clarification, restricting visibility, removing content or suspending a listing. Our review does not guarantee recovery of money paid directly to a vendor.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
Users and vendors must own or have permission to use any text, images, logos, videos and other materials they submit.
By submitting content, you permit Eventwale.in to display and use it for operating, promoting and maintaining the relevant listing or service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not copy or misuse Eventwale.in’s branding, website content or other protected materials without permission.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
We will handle service-related obligations in accordance with applicable law.
